The customer, based in Norway, was unable to make a decision to approve the artwork on the basis of a flat artwork pdf. An urgent delivery deadline was required.
The artwork was curved and attached to the cup; a digital photo was taken and e-mailed to the customer as a jpg.
The artwork was approved later the same day, and the production deadline met.

Nestlé had a split team responsible for approval. Some of the team could not assess the design as flat artwork, so SixSix Design converted the customer's graphics to curved artwork, made mock-ups and took a photograph which was supplied as a jpg.
